Once you have an account, you are shown flats that match your search criteria. You can see flat details such as size, location, and photos. Personal information like names is not shown at this stage.

When both users express interest in each other's flat, names and other personal details become visible. You can then communicate directly through the platform.

Practical tips

Do a short video call before confirming your swap
Document the condition of the apartment at the start with photos
Make sure the agreed dates and conditions are clear to both sides

Do not transfer money without a confirmed arrangement
